In-stock rugs ship from Brisbane and most metro deliveries land in 3 to 5 business days, or 1 to 2 with Express. Regional and WA can take a little longer. Custom rugs take about 3 to 4 weeks from payment, and international orders take 2 to 6 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on the road.
Standard shipping is free across Australia, no minimum. Express (1 to 2 business days) is $19.99, or free on orders over $200. Grab 2 or more rugs and we'll knock $30 off automatically, no code needed.

Yes. Express is $19.99 at checkout and most metro orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. It's free on orders over $200.
In-stock square rugs are 1m x 1m and disc rugs are 90cm across. Card rugs are 100 x 70cm, and the Pokémon cartridge cutouts are roughly 1m x 1m with a notch in the top corner. Custom rugs can be made in 90cm, 1m and 1.2m. Check each product page for exact sizes.
Vacuum regularly with a low-pile setting. Spot-clean spills with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Don't put it through the wash.
If you put it in direct sunlight for hours every day, eventually yes — like any printed textile. Indoors, away from harsh light, expect the print to hold up for years.
If you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days unused and unrolled, at your cost. We refund the rug price once we receive it back. Damaged or wrong items are on us — see the damaged-delivery answer above.
Some designs come back in future drops, others don't. If one you want has sold out, we can usually make it as a custom order. Just message us or use the Custom Rugs page.

Yes. Game discs, album covers, trading cards, logos and more. Send us your idea through the Custom Rugs page and we'll come back with a mockup and quote, usually within a day or two. Custom rugs are paid upfront and take about 3 to 4 weeks.
